What happens during conscious breathing? 

​

Breathing exercises revitalize the body, cleanse the energy lines (nadis), activate the chakras (energy centers) and allow energy to flow more freely. In addition, special breathing techniques increase oxygen levels in the body, lower the blood pressure and strengthen the immune system. Emotions and thoughts calm down. Thinking and breathing are directly related. When the breathing becomes calm, thoughts also become calm. Breathing exercises are a good preparation for meditation and energy work.

Why meditation as preparation for Energy Transfer?

In my many years as a meditation guide, I have experienced that the whole system becomes calm, open and relaxed, so that the energy can flow much better. This allows profound transformations to move forward more quickly and effectively.

What is Meditation?

​

Meditation is a way to find oneself, to come to rest and to calm down the "monkeymind" (constant flow of thoughts). The goal is to connect with the inner space of silence and emptiness that lies beyond the mind and thinking. Meditation is also being described as effortless abiding in the "here and now", as an experience of "ONENESS".

Why meditation as preparation for an Energy Transfer?

In my many years as a meditation guide, I have experienced that meditation facilitates the energy transfer. The whole system becomes calm, open and relaxed, so that the healing energy can flow better. This allows profound transformations to move forward more quickly and effectively.

YOGA

How to define YOGA?

​

YOGA is a philosophical teaching method which is about 5000 years old. It originates in India, and means "unification, oneness and harmony". Yoga shows meditative techniques whose focus is on harmonization of mind and spirit and physical exercises that improve our strength and flexibility.

Why are yoga exercises useful in preparation for energy work?

 

YOGA greatly enhances the inner transformation process, as it prepares the system to fully absorb and process energies. Conscious breathing, simple yoga poses, and elements from fascia training help you to surrender completely to the self-healing process in a relaxed state.

​

As an experienced yogini, I know that fascia and Yin Yoga are very helpful in releasing blockages, tension, shortening, and adhesions in the connective tissue of the body. Even pent-up negative emotions (fears, grief, anger, guilt, shame), which often lead to tension in the connective tissue, are transformed and dissolved. The mobility of the body, the flow of energy, and the aspects of letting go and surrendering are promoted. Physical letting go also promotes letting go on a mental level.
