After graduating from high school in 1989, I worked for many years in various companies and in different functions in the field of marketing.

 

In 2000 I had a profound spiritual experience. As a result I began to practice Kriya Yoga and experienced many processes of inner awakening, so that my enthusiasm for yoga grew more and more. Finally, I "followed my heart", quit my career in business and started my Yoga Teacher Training in 2006 which I successfully completed. Since then, I am a certified yoga teacher (500 hours teacher training) and I teach regularly myself, I train yoga teachers and give workshops. After an intensive training on "Quantum Healing" in 2015, I realized that energy work is also part of my "soul mission". My positive attitude towards life and the strong connection to my heart help me to face the everyday difficulties of life with ease and strength. Due to my positive nature, I can help my clients to step out of everyday stress and feel more joy in life. The healing process of body and soul is being accelerated. A basic positivity and the ability to laugh at oneself from time to time help me and my fellow human beings to release inner tensions and open the heart.

Breathing exercises, meditations and yoga support my energy work very sustainably and prepare my clients for a deep transformation. Self-awareness and self-responsibility play an important role here. This is a holistic way to bring body, mind and soul into harmony. I can help you to activate your self-healing powers, which in the long run leads to more joy, health, balance, peace and a more fulfilling life.
